Pumpkins. Hayrides. Leaves. Flannels. Autumn. Fall is easily one of my favorite times of years. Here in California, we do not get to experience a typical fall season but that doesn’t mean we are lacking in the fall activities! There are many things to do locally in the area and one of my favorites is going to Pumpkin Farms.

One of my favorite things to do in the fall is to go out and enjoy seasonal activities with my family. I think the fall time is a perfect time to reflect and enjoy some of the simple pleasures of the season. Pumpkin picking, hayrides, and even walks through the park during the fall time are absolutely stunning and precious memories to create with your little ones!

Keema’s Pumpkin Farm is a locally owned family farm in Sacramento County. In the fall, they open up their Farm to the community for hayrides, pumpkin picking, and corn mazes. I’ve been going to this Keema’s Pumpkin Farm for three years now and I have to say I think it is the best in the area! What I appreciate about the Farm is their reasonable pricing. Admission is affordable and the price for pumpkin picking is reasonable. Their activities are a lot of fun and perfect for people of all ages. They have a lot of great things to do to keep the kiddos busy as well!

Admission:

Kids under the age of 10: $4

Adults: $6

Opening Day for 2020 is October 1st

I brought along my little cousin who enjoyed seeing the baby animals at the farm, playing in the sandpit, and who would not stop talking about how fun the corn maze was! (I think we spent over an hour in there!)

The whole farm is enjoyable for all ages but is especially wonderful for kids! There are lots of great photo spots such as a hay pyramid and fun photo boards you can stick your face through. There is even a great little spot to take some photos near the sunflowers on the farm.

Be sure to check their website to know when the farm is available to the public. Make sure to bring cash! They sell other kinds of goodies such as corn and honey which you may want to buy!
